User Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VPDM (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VPDM is a software platform that lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages, run campaigns, build chat bots and manage contacts using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's Commerce Policy and all applicable laws. In particular you must:
- Message only people who have opted in to receive messages from you, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
- Not send spam, unlawful, misleading, abusive or prohibited content.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that Meta restricts.
4. Your data
You own the contacts, templates and content you put into the Service and are responsible for having the right to use them. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, payment and Meta charges
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice. WhatsApp conversation/message fees charged by Meta are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account and are separate from our subscription fee. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Message delivery depends on Meta's platform, which is outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for actions taken by Meta (including number or account restrictions), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service stops; you may request an export or deletion of your data.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have jurisdiction.
