This Privacy Policy explains how VPDM ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our WhatsApp Business API marketing platform (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, mobile number, business name and login credentials.
  • WhatsApp Business data — the WhatsApp Business Account details, phone number IDs and access tokens you connect through Meta, and the message templates, campaigns, bot flows and conversations you create or receive through the Service.
  • Contact data you upload — names, phone numbers and other fields of your own customers that you import or collect. You are the controller of this data; we process it only on your instructions.
  • Billing information — plan, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors (such as Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal) and are not stored on our servers.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, log data and cookies used to keep you signed in and to measure site performance.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and secure the Service, including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To provide support and send service-related notices.
  • To improve the Service and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data.

3. Sharing

We share information only with: Meta Platforms (to deliver WhatsApp messages, governed by Meta's own terms and policies); payment processors; hosting, email and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf; and authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and billing obligations. You can delete contacts and conversations from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we will complete the request within 30 days, except where we must retain records by law.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted server access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect it using industry-standard practices.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and analytics/advertising cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
